ASMIN Membership FAQs

What can joining theASMIN Nation do for me and my family?

According to Universal Natural Law, you (and your family) have certain unalienable rights and among them is Sovereignty. You are entitled to claim those rights of your own free will. This entitlement is supported by existing and active written acts, including "The Royal Proclamation," "The (John) Jay Treaty," "Queen Victoria’s Bargain," "The Charter of Rights," the current “Constitution,” and "The UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples" ("UNDRIP").

How are you a Sovereign Nation, and what does that mean for me?

This means the ASMIN of the Boreal Forest Nation has not signed any treaties with the Corporate Government of CANADA or any other government. Status Indians ancestors, also known as First Nations, have surrendered to the Dominion of CANADA, which were then put on “Reserves” in direct violation of Queen Victoria’s Bargain. To further violate this agreement, in return they receive pennies on the dollar of what they should receive.  We recognize and greatly appreciate our genetic cousins, First Nations, as warriors who have shielded us and have allowed us to remain hidden in plain sight as observers, ghosts to date.

How do I claim my Sovereignty through your Nation?

First you fill in the on-line Application. ASMIN of the Boreal Forest, through following Native customs, then chooses to accept you into the Nation now placing you within Indigenous Natural Law.

We then re-purpose the Canadian Federal Postal System and have them recognize you, through Registered Mail. This creates a unique number associated only to you as a legal entity worldwide. That number, that is inclusive of Full Rights to a NATIVE NAME LIVE LIFE IDENTITY, is then connected to you via your Official Declaration of Nationality and Nation Card which you will receive via the same Postal System once adopted.

Who can apply to the ASMIN of the Boreal Forest Nation?

Application for acceptance into the Nation is not limited to Native People; We do not discriminate. Until colonization and the deliberate infection of religious racist sexism, we, as a Sovereign Native People, did not suffer from that mental dis-ease / affliction, and we refuse to do so; The ASMIN of the Boreal Forest Nation is following our historic traditions of our Separate Matriarchal Sovereign Culture.

How is this adoption official?

The Nation will have Official Naming Ceremonies, A Better Day (Birth Day) as per historic traditions, throughout the year, where New Members will be able to attend in person or via ZOOM. The Ceremony will include writing one’s old name they did not choose on fallen birch bark or other fallen wood, then burning it, thereby releasing your old then announcing your new chosen name.

Do I have to give up what I am doing / getting now?

Dual Citizenship is legal. You may be Canadian and part of our ASMIN Nation as well. We ask you to surrender nothing you are currently involved in, as long as all is in balance with Universal Natural Law of “Do No Harm and Go Only in a Good Way Always”.

What time or financial commitments do I have to make?

The only requirement is the initial Membership Fee, and the yearly renewal, which is $24 a year, or $2 per month. Click HERE to view full details. Opportunities are available to you should you choose, through Free Will, to team up with us to drive towards our Goals and Visions to assist people globally.

What does "Anishinabek Solutrean Metis Indigenous Nation of the Boreal Forest" mean?

The Anishinabek Solutrean Metis Indigenous Nation of the Boreal Forest is an Ancient Tribal Matriarchal Sovereign Indigenous Nation that is re-establishing the original meaning of Native. We speak and follow Universal Natural Law and our historical and philosophical beliefs, that have evolved from beginnings to today. We speak through our breath; intent of; Do No Harm. Go Only in a Good Way; At ALL times, ALL are expected to stay in the energy of Do No Harm and Go Only in a Good Way Always. Any infringement of these Universal Laws at any time will result in a discovery of facts, possibly resulting in a circle to discuss action(s), to properly decide on remedies to make good and/or future with the Nation.

Our Name is the People, all the People. “ASMIN” stands for:

A - Anishinabek is one of many names by which the People of the Boreal Forest identify themselves by choice, following our ancient customs.

S - The Solutrean are the people who, by choice, migrated from afar, travelling barren ice of the Atlantic to Kanata. This predated Christ, and we, as matriarchal, harvested their DNA in honour, and to fulfill dictates of grandmothers under Our Customs and Traditions.

M - French visitors, new to our lands, gave recognition to our existence prior to their arrival and naming of our separate race of people. Their observation of individual separate culture, lifestyle, language usage, housing, and harvesting of DNA, which supported our colour of skin and hair, along with primary travel and connection to water and sky, named our ancestors Metis.

I - We are Originals, from time immemorial. which is the true definition of [In]digenous.

N - A Nation is a group of persons, clans, adopted persons and clans, who self-identify that they are a Nation; A Nation united by intentions, similar beliefs, customs and / or traditions they recognize and agree to.

Where does the Boreal Forest part of the name come in?

A portion of our ancestors originated in the area of Lake Titicaca, Bolivia. As told in the story “The Girl Who Fell From The Sky”.

They lived in Bolivia, including Kanata Park, for thousands of years, building a civilization that surpassed all others.

In approximately 1450 AD, they left Bolivia due to the arrival of the very aggressive Aztecs.

They proceeded to travel up the Amazon, and through the Caribbean islands to Florida. From there, they spread out along south eastern North America, up the Mississippi, across the Great Lakes and up the St. Lawrence River.

Here again, they continued to spread out across the Boreal Forest along eastern Kanata, and then towards the west.

All along their travels, they blended with others, harvesting their DNA to strengthen Our Nation.

We are “Kanata”, which means “Village” or “Nation”, and as symbolized by the Turtle, we carry our home with us; We Are Our Home.

“Matriarchal.” What exactly does that mean?

Our Nation is guided by Feminine energies. It is the Women who are responsible to harvest the DNA from other nations to strengthen Our Nation as guided by the Grandmothers.  It is scientific logic ALL Mothers are our Mothers as they are granted the ultimate gift of giving of life, birth, and raising our future. The Matriarchs are responsible for ALL of our existence and therefore oversee the decisions that determine the paths to take along this journey.

YOUR CLAN GENOME DESIGNATE

According to Native tradition, Clan designation was, and is, the identification of the genome or genetics of any given individual, and that genome information is identified directly through the linkage of mother to mother's mother, to great, great grandmother’s mother.

Males do not pass on Clan Designation. Last name designation provides no genome information and has no place within matriarchal Native traditions and culture.

Personal names are personal and not the choice of others, but the choice of the adult individual whose Clan designation they are born of and into.

As with personal growth, personal names of choice are the recognition of growth and can be changed, identified and accepted by the birth clan and Nation without question.

As sovereign matriarchal people, since time immemorial, it is women who harvest the genetics of those not of their Clan. This choice provides the broadest spectrum of DNA, maximizing the blending of all sacred colours of the human genome original to Traditional Lands, and that which was delivered to our Traditional Lands and willingly blended.

For those persons called Metis, First Nations or Inuit, or those who by choice are placing an application to ASMIN of the Boreal Forest that do not know which Clan Genome Designate they originated from, or who are without genetic identification, then as the Matriarchal Tribal Leader of ASMIN of the Boreal Forest, I offer all the right for them to identify as "The Bird Clan".

This designation can, at any later date, be changed by choice. As an evolving people and Nation, we recognize that the tools of DNA identification, genealogical research, verbal discovery, blood identification, and the re-connection to source, may all support personal choice, and we welcome any information that may be provided.
